Deri View Primary, Abergavenny - Parents and children, at the Primary School, Nursery Department, have been busy brightening up the outside entrance with a mosaic sign and design to commemorate their membership of the European Comenius Partnership. The Family Learning Group designed and worked on the sign "NURSERY" and MDFAS Youth Arts sponsored artist, Susie Strange, to work with the Reception and Nursery pupils, designing and making an illustration in mosaic to complement it. Between them they worked out a picture with a rainbow and children representing the Partnership and link between different countries.

The tiles for the project were very kindly donated by Paul Morgan of Blissful Bathrooms, Abergavenny.
